How much does the software cost?

The Bikesolution software is distributed under a SaaS (Software as a Service) license.

The user pays for the service based on the chosen package.

The contract has an annual duration, automatically renewable.

Payment is annual and in advance.

The service includes an initial activation fee of €150 to be paid together with the first advance fee.

Bikesolution is an online software platform that works via the internet and does not require the company to purchase servers.

No installation is needed on the operator's PC and there are no hardware limitations.
You can use Windows, Mac/Apple, or Linux PCs. All you need is a common web browser (Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari).

How can I activate the software?

Activating Bikesolution is very simple! The SaaS (Software as a Service) license allows us to quickly prepare the platform. To obtain the access credentials, just follow these steps:

1. Register using the following link
2. Download and sign the license contract, then send it back signed via email (info@euro.it) or fax (+39 0575 381924)
3. Select the payment method
4. At the end of the activation procedure, you will receive a confirmation email
5. Make the payment and send back the signed contract

Upon receipt of payment, our technical service will activate the platform dedicated to you within 3-5 business days and will send an email to the indicated address with the platform access details.

How is the billing process handled?

The first invoice will be issued upon receipt of the initial payment, which includes the activation fee and the selected subscription fee.

How can I pay for the service?

By selecting PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you will enter your email and password and check your payment details.
Your financial data will be managed directly by PayPal

At no time during the purchase process is Euroinformatica srl able to access the buyer's credit card information, as it is entered directly on the website of the bank managing the transaction (which uses very high security systems); since no data transmission occurs, it is not possible for this data to be intercepted. No electronic archive of Euroinformatica srl contains or stores this data.

Will I be taught how to use the software? How can I learn its features?

Once the service is activated, our technical staff will set up and configure the software according to your needs.

You will have a remote connection with our staff, who will provide you with the basics to use Bikesolution effectively and independently.

The initial 2 hours can be used over different days.

Our technical staff will also be available to provide valid support via email.

How does the assistance service work?

Our technical assistance service is available Monday to Friday via the following methods:

Requests will be processed within 48 working hours.
